In order to create release artifacts, release manager should do maven
release even though vote is not started. You may feel odd when you encounter
this for the first time.
Last release vote of Apache Storm 1.1.0 is canceled, and we didn't discuss
further work (I mean RC2). Do you want to see 1.1.0 released soon, or just
curious about this?
