    STORM-2301 [storm-cassandra] upgrade cassandra driver to 3.1.2

    * Also modify the codebase since driver itself is not backward compatible
with 2.1

I tested this with Cassandra 3.0.9, but I'm beginner to Cassandra so there
might be missing points in point of tuning's view. I'd really appreciated if
someone who knows Cassandra reviews this pull request.

    Thanks in advance!
