STORM-2325 Logviewer doesn't consider 'storm.local.hostname'
* consider storm.local.hostname first for creating link url in Logviewer
I'll create another pull request for 1.x branch. Backporting to 1.0.x
branch will be easy on that pull request.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
