[STORM-2465] modify storm-redis's READEME.md and update storm-redis.md

There is a lack of "$" in the module of storm-redis's READEME.md which
named "How do I use it".And storm-redis.md is out of date,for example,there is
a new class named "RedisFilterBolt" which didn't be displayed in
storm-redis.md. So,storm-redis.md should be updated to be as same as
storm-redis's README.md.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/liu-zhaokun/storm master_redis_doc
