agresch opened a new pull request #3174: STORM-3545 don't update unused blobs URL: https://github.com/apache/storm/pull/3174 After a topology is killed, blob updates continue until a cleanup occurs on the supervisor, which also must fall after the nimbus performs a cleanup on the blobs. Each update fails and retries, even though the blob no longer exists. It seemed to me the easiest solution to just not do a blob update for unused blobs. Testing of this seemed fine. No more errors in the log file.
