## What is the purpose of the change This is an interface change in preparation of container support. ## How was the change tested 1. Set up a standalone storm cluster on Rhel6 node 2. Made sure default case (no resource isolation plugin) works as expected by submitting example topologies and validate it works as usual. 3.
