Hi @Ethanlm , Thanks for your previous help about ARM CI, currently, Storm CI has been migrated to use `travis-ci.com`, in this patch, I have fixed in the .travis.yml and made small changes to make the ARM CI can run successfully in `travis-ci.com`.
