In StormCrawler we build the website in a docker environment to avoid spoiling our systems with ruby gems. Here it is https://github.com/apache/incubator-stormcrawler-site/tree/main Might also be a contribution to port such an approach to Storm, so we don’t need the local environment (or even add the same approach for build with GH actions as we do it there).
