The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Storm has invited Purshotam
Shah to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that the invitation
was accepted.

I'm glad you've accepted the invitation and embraced the Apache way. As
committers, it's our responsibility to empower others to contribute, and I
think you've done an excellent job so far.
You have continuously contributed to the project in the area of mTLS security
configuration, and we are happy to see the Storm project getting a new feature
set, even though we were on the verge of being moved to the attic a few months
ago.

Becoming a committer simplifies the contribution process by eliminating the
need to submit patches, which should help increase productivity.

Let's join together in welcoming and thanking Purshotam Shah.

Gruß
Richard
