Hello, [+1] binding
Tested both runtime and dependency update to Storm 2.8.2 (including flux ones) with 10+ topologies on Storm cluster running on Redhat 8 with IBM Semeru 21.0.7, and couple of Kakfa spouts & bolts. => Everything seem fine, Kafka offsets & lags in Storm UI are OK (but I fix the fix Kafka metrics wasn't for an issue impacting UI, so I can't tell whether or not it's ok since I'm not relying directly on metrics api), performance seems unchanged.
