STORM-270 don't package .clj files in release jars.
This makes it so that .clj files are no longer packaged in the storm-core
jar. I left storm-starter untouched.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/revans2/incubator-storm no-clj-in-jar
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
