I added fixes for generating log files, removed -Dstorm.root.logger as it is
not creating any impact, changed STORM_LOGBACK_CONFIGURATION_FILE to point to
logback\cluster.xml. Also, modified classpath which now contains storm jars and
storm lib as in storm.py... Shortly will be making changes for childopts
too...Please review the changes.
