Added new class StormSubmitterWithProgressBar that prints a progress bar when
uploading topology.
Example:
$ storm jar
target/storm-starter-0.9.2-incubating-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar

Start uploading file
'target/storm-starter-0.9.2-incubating-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar' to

Updated the examples to display the progress bar when submitting topology
