replacing RunTime.halt() with RunTime.exit() with a special shutdown hoo...
replacing RunTime.halt() with RunTime.exit() with a special shutdown hook
that allows 1 second for cleanup shutdown hooks and then sends kill -9 to
process. Added shutdown hooks for supervisor and worker.
