Hi,

We are using Storm 0.9.2 and we have observed that Storm UI is showing 
incorrect number of workers and executors. Number of workers and number of 
executors values are swapped . 

We have set number of workers to 20 and number of executors is 42. However, 
Storm UI is displaying number of workers as 42 and number of executors as 20.
