Overall it looks good to me. The only thing I would like to see changed is
the name of the mapper interfaces and associated builder methods to something a
little shorter.
For example, could `TridentTupleToKafkaKeyAndMessageMapper` be changed to
something a little more concise like `TridentKafkaTupleMapper`?
