ahh my bad didn't noticed external/storm-hdfs/pom.xml refers 0.9.2 under
<parent></parent>.
Can you change version tag under parent to
<version>0.9.3-incubating-SNAPSHOT</version>
This is a bug can you please file a JIRA.
