I will kick off a DISCUSS thread for the 0.9.3 release shortly. This will not 
depend on graduation. I would actually like to get at least one release out 
before graduation since there will be a bunch of infrastructure changes 
post-graduation.

In terms of graduation timelines, there are three main steps:

PPMC vote for graduation (currently underway, open for at least 72 hours 
starting yesterday)
IPMC vote for graduation (follows PPMC vote, open for at least 72 hours)
ASF board meeting vote on the graduation resolution.

The ASF board only meets once a month on the third Wednesday. If (and it’s a 
big if) we sail through the IPMC vote, then there may be a chance to get the 
resolution in front of the board for the August meeting. Otherwise we have to 
wait for September. My guess is that we’ll be waiting for September.
