Durring a recent e-mail chain on the private list it was brought up that we should perhaps change the voting timeframe in the bylaws from 2 days after the initial patch, to be 3 days after the last change to the patch. Since this is not something that needs to be on the private list I wanted to move the discussion over to dev where it belongs. This is not a vote yet, this is mostly to get feedback from everyone that is interested in the community. This is something that impacts anyone who wants to submit a patch, so if you have an opinion please feel free to share it
