storm 0.9.3 failed-count problem

 I  have upgrade storm 0.9.3 with the  nearest patch, from STORM-279 to
STROM -401, after that  failed  occur about 80 in every ten minutes . but
it haven't appeared before I upgrade. I want to know what caused this
problem.
