What is the purpose of apache-incubator-disclaimer-resource-bundle in the
main pom xml.
<resourceBundle>
org.apache:apache-incubator-disclaimer-resource-bundle:1.1
</resourceBundle>
Is this just a marker for incubator projects? If so, we can remove it.
