I created a skeleton for Stratos Configuration Definitions under [1]. I need to
get the configuration details that need to go into the following pages:
4.1.0 Configuring autoscaler.xml
4.1.0 Configuring cartridge-config.properties
4.1.0 Configuring cloud-controller.xml
4.1.0 Configuring jndi.properties
4.1.0 Configuring master-datasources.xml
