Reorganize the Stratos wiki space structure so that users will be able to find
the content easily.
The action points are as follows:
# Ensure that the current content is organized under the most appropriate
sections (e.g., Content on Clustering needs to be moved etc.)
# Organize Stratos wiki based on high level actions rather than the interfaces
used. For example:
(Level 1) User Guide
(Level 2) Tenant Management
(Level 3) Adding a Tenant via CLI
(Level 3) Adding a Tenant via REST API
(Level 3) Adding a Tenant via UI
# Add an explanation on Stratos user roles.
