Hi Martin, If it is in the StratosManagerTopologyEventReceiver when receiving event in the listener, AFAIK we have handled it there itself rather throwing it. I just checked the way it is handled in AutoscalerTopologyEventReceiver. +1, We should not throw it. If we do, the Topology receiver thread may get terminated.
