I think we need to consider a way of encrypting the passwords (or any other
sensitive information) in Cartridge Agent's config files.
Stratos components support this via Secure-vault but not sure how does the
Python agent handle this?
Few issues were identified in related to secure-vault in stratos components
and , those are fixed now for 4.1.0. We may need to check on the other
components as well
