Incorrect JSON return on GET cartridge/lb REST endpoint

Hi Devs,

I have notice that there are certain issues on cartridge detail return
endpoint.

AFAIK *"GET","/cartridge/lb"* is expected to return all available LB on
context.
but endpoint return something like below.

   - "activeInstances":0,
   - "cartridgeAlias":"-",
   - "cartridgeType":"lb",
   - "defaultAutoscalingPolicy":"autoscale-policy-1",
   - "defaultDeploymentPolicy":"economyDeploymentPolicy",
   - "description":"Lb Cartridge",
   - "displayName":"Lb",
   - "hostName":"stratos.apache.org",
   - "isPublic":false,
   - "loadBalancer":true,
   - "multiTenant":false,
   - "persistance":false,
   - "provider":"lb",
   - "version":1

}

But IMHO we need to get similar output as our input. Also *cartridgeAlias *is
not related to
this context as wel.
