May be we could call this property "clusterInstanceId" because it will
always get the cluster instance id value:

MemberContext/Member {
    serviceName // Service name
    clusterId // Cluster id
    clusterInstanceId // Cluster instance id
    memberId // Cloud controller generated member id
    instanceId // IaaS generated instance id
}
