Description: The caption of all the buttons and interface headings that
appear in Stratos interfaces with the exception of the user interfaces appear
in sentence case. Therefore, the captions of all the buttons and headings that
come under the user section need to be changed to sentence case, because it is
best to have a unified standard across all Stratos UI interfaces. (was: The
