I'm getting following error when deploying application in latest code base.

org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: org.apache.axis2.databinding.ADBException:

http://pojo.applications.autoscaler.stratos.apache.org/xsd}tenantAdminUsername
Root cause of this issue is AutoscalerService.wsdl doesn't updated. I have
fixed this problem now. I'll commit the change once I complete the mock
test run.
