In Stratos 4.0.0 Artifact Distribution Coordination (ADC) functionality worked
with service subscription management logic in Stratos Manager (SM). Now with
Composite Application Model we have removed subscription management
functionality. As a result we need to introduce new functionality to handle
this requirement in SM with related to Application SignUp feature.
