Currently we have 4 endpoints for the "describe-cartridge" command as follows.
cartridges
cartridges/{cartridgeType}
cartridges/{cartridgeType}/filter/{filter}
cartridges/filter/{filter}
We need to map the CLI commands in a one to one or combined way to the above 4
REST API endpoints.
