Kubernetes services are created for each Kubernetes cluster according to the
given port mapping. Each kubernetes service will have an autogenerated port
number. Therefore we need to expose the list of Kubernetes services generated
for each cluster via the Topology.
This information will be needed by cartridge agent to communicate with
dependent clusters.
