Description:
Currently a cartridge group can be created without defining any cartridges or
groups for it. This process should be restricted as it might affect the system
when an empty cartridge group is created.
Further a sub group defined under the main group (when adding a new cartridge
group) can be linked to itself via its 2 connectors. This too should not be
allowed.
