When looking at the code related to the remove-kubernetes-cluster CLI command I
noticed that a response message has not been coded. Therefore, when removing a
kubernetes cluster successfully, the user will not see a response. A response
needs to be added similar to the following:
Successfully removed Kubernetes cluster: <Cluster-ID>.
