The following improvements can be done to the CLI code:
1) The CLI command in the following files give the same meaning Therefore, it
is better if it is changed

| AddApplicationSignupCommand.java file | add-application |
add-application-signup |
| CreateApplicationCommand.java file | create-application | add-application |
Note: The create-application command needs to be changed, because it does not
follow the standard used for all the other artifacts such as, when adding an
artifact the CLI command is add- not create-
