The <apache-stratos-cli-4.1.0-SNAPSHOT>/bin/stratos.sh file is not executable
by default. However, the stratos.bat file is by default an executable file. It
is good if the stratos.sh file is made an executable file by default as well.
As a work around I have instructed the user to make the file executable in step
5 of page [1]. I will update wiki once this is fixed.
