PCA - Fixed InstanceCleanupClusterEvent event serialization issue
[STRATOS-1222]
This fixes the serialization issue in the PCA InstanceCleanupClusterEvent,
where an incorrect key was used to query the received JSON object. Additionally
few PEP style changes were also done in the event classes.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/chamilad/stratos stratos-1222
