Hi Kaveen,

Nice to see your interest on the project. Go ahead and prepare a draft
project proposal and share it on a google document which will be reviewed
and be selected among the others who are interested in this project.

Please note that there are few other projects are available as well on
Stratos [1] and I believe an individual can send upto 5 proposals.
