Summary: Two different status codes appear when updating an

When executing POST /autoscalingPolicies two different status codes (201 and
200) appears in the HTTP output:
* < HTTP/1.1 201 Created
* {"statusCode":200,"successMessage":"Autoscaling policy added successfully:
[autoscale-policy] autoscaling-policy-1"}
The status codes should be identical
