I tested with this fix and it seem to work. Earlier number of TCP connections after 3,4 deployment cycles went up to 1000 and soon encountered the error. It kept on increasing slowly even Stratos is idle. After the fix, it was below 100 always, and went below 50 when idle. Note that I tested only with single complex - app application. I will carry out another test cycle and let you know.
