Hi Ricardo, Sorry for the delay..It seems that your loadbalancer server is not properly coming up. Can you <LB-HOME>/repository/logs/wso2carbon.log(LB usually is in /mnt/<ip>/) to see what has happened to load balancer server? Also, you will need to make sure that whether loadbalancer server has been started by puppet or init script based on your deployment pattern?
How are you starting the loadbalacer? Are you using puppet to start the server or init script? If it is puppet, then you can check the puppet logs in /tmp/puppet_log to see whether puppet staged everything successfully. Please let us know, if you need more details on this...
