1) IsuruH revised the samples and changed the directory structure. This needs
to be reflected in the Stratos API docs as the example are based on the samples.
2) LahiruS/Dinithi updated the status codes and the status messages that
correspond to the REST API resources. These changes need to be reflected in the
wiki docs.
