Update the Mock IaaS distributed setup guide as some of the steps are incorrect.
# The user does not have to update other IaaS provider details. Add the Mock
IaaS configurations that appear in the
<apache-stratos-version-SNAPSHOT>/repository/conf/cloud-controller.xml file.
# As this is a distributed setup it is incorrect to simply start mock IaaS. We
need to mention that the other Stratos components and CEP need to be started.
