The CLI output for list-autoscaling-policies has changed based on the email
thread [1]. Now it displays the Memory Consumption, Load Average and Requests
In Flight threshold values in this table. In addition the Accessibility column
has been removed. The wiki needs to be updated with the new CLI output.
