Thanks Akila! Yes as I found the source package uploaded to dist does not has has this problem, only the 4.1.0-rc3 tag has this issue in two unit test classes:
JavaCartridgeAgentTest StratosTestServerManager Since this does not affect any of the artifacts uploaded to nexus/dist I will fix this in another commit and move the tag forward.
