Following are some identified events and events listeners we can remove from
the Stratos code base.
ClusterStatusClusterCreatedEvent and its event listeners
TenantSubscribedEventListener
TenantUnSubscribedEventListener
Also following Application topic events are not registered in event processor
chain;
GroupMaintenanceModeEvent
GroupReadyToShutdownEvent
We need to safety remove those from the current code base.
