If you point to external CEP, please note that the members should get configured in order to send the stats to external CEP. If you use mock IaaS, then please configure the STRATOS_HOME/repository/conf/thrift-client-config.xml by pointing to correct external CEP ip. If it is python agent, then agent.conf should get the correct values.
