Fixed in 8f52a20254f498e570a2112bd8aa16f1551ee2c1.
With this fix in, you can define security ids as a comma separated list like
below under iaasProvider element:
<property name="securityGroupIds" value="sg-19ea3676"/>
where sg-19ea3676 is the id of the security group.
