Description:
This jira is to track the action items to be added to Cloud Controller to
support the newly proposed architectural implementations. We can track the
tasks by adding sub-task to this jira and follow them up.
* Support the event based topology handling with Cloud Controller.
* Support multi regional partition for the instances to achieve high
availability.
* Support Composite cartridges
* Support for LB as a service
* Rest API support
