Imesh Gunaratne updated STRATOS-159:
------------------------------------
Description:
According to the new Stratos architecture the load balancer is loosely coupled
with it's core components. The only dependency it has so far with Stratos Core
is with the Message Broker. As a result it is easier for a third party load
balancer to plug into Stratos without much effort.
To support this functionality we need to implement an extension API which could
be used to implement an extension for a given load balancer to plug-in to
Stratos.

balancer to plug into Stratos without much effort.
To support this functionality we need to implement a common load balancer
